Martina Pierpaoli, ten years old and a spyglass always trained on the sea, lives on the hill that overlooks the port of Ancona. They say that Emperor Trajan, who had the great arch built on the quay, left a secret in the city for the keenest of sailors. An ancient map turns up in a crate at the harbour: it leads to a treasure among arches, cathedrals and fountains. Will Martina be able to follow it? Come to Ancona and set sail with her toward adventure.
